Experienced in lending and real estate, I work with clients who trust me and my passion for excellence to help them achieve their goals.
Representing clients both buying & selling and commonly in unison. When listing homes for sale, I use a multi-step marketing plan to obtain maximum exposure for your home. This includes everything from advance, valuable home preparations, to staging, 3-D video & professional photography, internet syndication, neighborhood announcements and more.
My clients also receive fiduciary advice, guidance and support. My lending experience helps me serve as a full service resource on all aspects of the transaction, whether prescreening offers on behalf of sellers, or advising buyers obtaining a mortgage.
Negotiating is an art, and I enjoy the craft. As part of my commitment to my community, I have appeared regularly on TV and radio discussing real estate and finance and acting as a consumer advocate.
